In 2004, Aoki cofounded the sales company now known as Premium Water Holdings. He joined Water Direct Co., Ltd. as sales manager in 2008, and in 2010 founded Fine Springs Co., Ltd. (currently Mt. Fuji Springs Inc.), where, as representative director, he expanded natural water delivery services in Japan. In 2012 he established Active Sonar Co., Ltd. (currently RECLO Inc.) and assumed the position of representative director. As a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in marketing support and e-commerce, in 2014 he founded the luxury resale platform RECLO. He now serves as CEO.
After graduating from university, Demura gained experience in product planning, strategic consulting and SAP industry management at an electronics manufacturer. Starting in 2005, he oversaw business strategy planning and next-generation service planning in the HR division at Recruit Co., Ltd. In 2012 he served as operations manager and deputy general manager of investment incubation business at Gree Co., Ltd. In 2016 he was appointed representative director and president of Sensyn Robotics, Inc., during which time he helped to establish and develop a drone solution business. After serving as CSO and CMO of Groovenauts, Inc., he joined RECLO Inc. in October 2019 and supported overall management and promotion of the business. In January 2020, he assumed the position of director and COO.
Koshino joined a foreign-affiliated IT company in 2006 and assumed the position of executive director in 2011. He joined Sunny Side Up Co., Ltd. in 2013 and assumed the post of executive secretary. After serving as representative director and president of EPARK Sports, Inc., which was established as an affiliated company in 2016, he joined RECLO Inc. in October 2019. As general manager of the Corporate Planning Office, he is engaged in the formulation of medium-term management planning, public relations, and cross-departmental management improvement. He assumed the position of executive director in April 2020 and has served as general manager of the fulfillment center since October 2020.
Ogawa joined Philips Japan, Ltd. (currently Phillips Japan) in 2001. In 2004, he participated in establishment planning of Rakuten Baseball, Inc. He founded Iemo, Inc. in December 2013 and assumed the position of representative director; the business was sold to DeNA Co., Ltd. the following September. He established Tagpiku Co., Ltd and assumed the post of CMO in 2015; Tagpiku was subsequently sold to the AOI group. He established Starp Co., Ltd. in 2016 and assumed the post of CMO. In 2017, the company’s GIF business was sold to Alphabet Inc. (parent company of Google). He joined RECLO Inc. in October 2019 and is responsible for alliances with each operating company and new business development. He assumed the position of executive officer in January 2020.
